Terms and Conditions

The London Champagne Festival

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the purchase of tickets for and attendance at The London Champagne Festival ("The Event"). By purchasing a ticket or attending the Event, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Promoter

The Event is organised and promoted by BANQUIST LTD ("The Promoter"), registered at Bk 311 Cremer Street, Brickfields, London, England, E2 8HD.

2. Event Details & Licensing

  • Date: Saturday, 5th September 2026.
  • Time: 13:00 – 21:30.
  • Location: Wimbledon Park, London.
  • Subject to License: The Event and its location are subject to the granting of the necessary Premises License by the local authority. While we fully anticipate the event going ahead as planned, the Promoter reserves the right to make alterations to the layout or specific operational procedures (including glassware policies) to comply with licensing conditions.

3. Ticketing & Admission

  • Ticket Validity: Tickets are issued digitally with a unique QR code. The code will be scanned upon entry and is valid for one use only.
  • Transfers: Tickets are transferable. You may pass your ticket to a friend or family member without updating the name on the booking, provided the new holder meets the age requirements.
  • Booking Fees: There are no separate booking fees; all administrative costs are included in the face value of the ticket.
  • Last Entry: Doors open at 13:00. The last entry time is strictly 20:30. No admission will be permitted after this time, even for valid ticket holders.

4. Age Restrictions

  • Strictly 18+: This is an 18+ event. No children, infants, or "babes in arms" are permitted on site.
  • Challenge 25: The Event operates a strict Challenge 25 policy. If you appear to be under the age of 25, you will be required to produce valid government-issued photo ID (Passport or Driving License) to prove you are 18 or over. Failure to provide ID when requested will result in refused entry or ejection without refund.

5. Responsible Drinking & Conduct

  • Right to Eject: The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry to or eject any person who refuses to comply with Health & Safety rules, appears to be intoxicated, acts in a threatening or abusive manner, or otherwise behaves in a way that disrupts the enjoyment of other guests.
  • Refusal of Service: We encourage responsible drinking. Bar staff and security reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who appears intoxicated. No refunds will be issued if you are ejected or refused service due to intoxication or behavioral issues.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

  • General Policy: All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued for non-attendance, changes in personal circumstances, or inclement weather, unless the Event is cancelled or undergoes a material change (e.g., a change of date).
  • Cancellation: In the unlikely event that the festival is cancelled by the Promoter, ticket holders will be offered a refund equal to the face value of the ticket or the option to roll their ticket over to a rescheduled date.

7. Venue Rules

  • Re-Entry: Re-entry to the festival site is permitted. You must ensure you are wearing an unbroken wristband or have a valid hand stamp before leaving the site to ensure re-admission.
  • Glassware:One festival glass (or flute) is provided to each guest upon arrival.Loss/Breakage: It is your responsibility to look after your glass. If you lose or break your glass, a replacement must be purchased for £5.00.Note: The material of the glassware (glass vs. polycarbonate) is subject to final licensing approval from the local authority.
  • Prohibited Items: To ensure safety and compliance, the following items are strictly prohibited:Outside Food & Drink: No food or alcohol brought from outside may be consumed on site.Furniture: No camping chairs, gazebos, or picnic furniture are allowed, with the exception of equipment required for accessibility/medical reasons.Animals: No dogs or pets are permitted, with the sole exception of registered assistance dogs.Restricted Items: Drones, large suitcases, large bags (bigger than A4 size), illegal substances, weapons, and fireworks are strictly prohibited.
  • Search Policy: Security personnel reserve the right to search all guests and their bags upon entry. Refusal to cooperate with a search may result in refused entry.

8. Media & Photography

  • Consent: By attending the Event, you consent to being filmed, recorded, and photographed. The Promoter may use these materials for marketing, promotional, and archival purposes on our website, social media, and other channels.
  • Opt-Out: If you do not wish to be featured in promotional material, you must notify us in writing. Please email us at london@thechampagnefestival.com either before the event or within 3 days after the event has taken place specifying your request.

9. Liability

  • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any personal property brought to the venue.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising from your attendance at the Event, except where caused by the direct negligence of the Promoter.

10. Data Protection & Privacy Policy

  • Mailing List: By purchasing a ticket, you agree that your email address will be added to the BANQUIST LTD mailing list to receive updates regarding this Event and future events.
  • Data Storage: We are committed to protecting your privacy. Your personal data will be stored securely in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. We will not sell or share your data with third parties without your explicit consent.
  • Unsubscribe: If you wish to be removed from our mailing list, you may do so at any time by contacting us directly at london@thechampagnefestival.com or by using the unsubscribe link provided in our communications.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by English Law and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
